Kailua Honey made this very special honey in collaboration with Ko'olau Distillery in Kailua, Oahu. This honey is crafted in small batches by aging raw Hawaiian Honey in Bourbon barrels. The honey contains no alcohol; but it gets a wonderful smoky bourbon-oak flavor from the barrel.
Add this Bourbon Barrel Honey to hot tea, coffee or drizzle on homemade biscuits, or vanilla ice cream. Also, fantastic as a barbeque glaze.
